FemUNITY’s Terms of Use agreement. For purposes of this agreement, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at http://www.femunity.org. “Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users can upload personal stories, questions, comments, or general community conversation relating to women’s health. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.

Please review the following terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use. By accessing the Site and engaging with our Services you hereby agree to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy agreements. Your permission to use the Site is conditioned upon the following use, posting and conduct restrictions.

When you create your own account on the Site, you will be able to provide user generated content (User Content) in the form of written text that can be posted to the community Site. FemUNITY, however, reserves the right to remove any User Content from the Service at its sole discretion.
